I wanted heated clothes so i could ride my harley when motor work was done. So i bought clothes early. Its been just over a month maybe 2 months total. We have had snow also, so as not to beable to ride my new bike. First day i tryed out new heated clothes the pants riped at the velcro belt and a wire inside the pants hindered my movement and was tight around my but and tight down my leg, plus i wasnt getting any heat. So that cost me money to return. I sent it to the address on the box, which wasnt the right address, plus im told it will take 10 to 14 days before thell even get started on them. Now this is my 4th ride and the pants were sent back to be fixed allready b4 this ride. Now the vest and gloves are giving me a hard time and dont stay hot. This stuff cost me $650.00 and they are for the winter and cold weather. They wont take them back and give me my money back, but will repair them. So by the time i get this stuff back, winter will be gone, plus it cost me to ship this new stuff back. This stuff is cheep. Ive gotten a total of about 6 hours of riding time on them for $650.00 and now im waitting also. Im even willing to lose a restocking fee, but i would like them to take back these clothes.
