My carpet has deep wear despite being only a few months old and only slippers worn in the house! However, despite my reasonable requests for a replacement carpet or refund, I have been fobbed off, with emails going unanswered and my points being ignored.instead of taking responsibility for the carpet they just blame everything but the carpet!
The carpet sold contravenes the Sale of Goods Act as it is misdescribed, not of satisfactory quality and is not fit for purpose.
I will never return to such a shabby outfit and will use a reputable company with good customer service in the future. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less.
