Registered over this past year simply to discover once the lender accepted my consideration Willowbrook, SHARP couldn't get money into escrow. I dropped my home! They needed me to locate somebody who might purchase my house with funding. They claim they've money, NO THEY DONT. I then found out they just switch houses though required lots of my cash using their so-called S.H.A.R.P. System. Our broker claims hes had exactly the same issue with additional customers he put together and will not provide their plan because they dont execute AND cost costs to get this done. He claims its illegal.
