I loved living at this complex until the management went downhill in around January. What was once a very nice group of people to deal with turned into a complacent group. From pot holes in the parking lot to more frequent burglaries, the condition of the complex changed as did the attitude of the management. Then, when I moved out, the management somehow figured out a way to charge me fees that exactly equaled my deposit of over $1,000. Two things I would recommend if you are considering living here. Talk to the exisiting residents, you will find that many share my sentiment about the management. Second, check the Houston Police Department crime statistics for the address.
