I purchased carpet from Empire Today four years ago. I paid extra to get the 25 year warranty. Within two years, the carpet was falling apart and the seams were very visable. I asked for an inspection. A very technical report was sent to me basically saying that it was the installer's fault, which is only covered for one year. I have made several follow-up calls which are always forwarded to someone else and never returned. I am now paying for brand new carpet again (from Lowe's) so my children aren't stepping on nails any longer. Run - don't walk - away from them!!! Worst decision of my life!!!
