Ron Hubbard agreed to find a tenant for my rental at a specified price. After I paid him, he told me that I needed to drop the rental rate. When I refused to do so, he began not showing up to show the rental to prosepctive tenants.instead, he would tell them where the key was located and let them go into the unit unaccompanied. When I finally found 2 likely prospects on my own, he refused to show them the unit, saying that our "contract" had expired. There was no contract. My mistake.
