Ross Splitt hired a house from me in Morrison, CO. He was regularly overdue on rent, and didn't purchase the final 8 weeks of rent. He'd to be evicted. He mounted ceiling fans improperly and created openings within the surfaces and roof. He partly and colored the home and did an undesirable work. Their pets destoryed the cellar by unrinating and tearing along wallcoverings. He quit the yard saturated in a silly quantity of pet feces. He also quit the home dumped. There is enough garbage to load A - 30 yard dumpster. I have had many personal eyes come from the home searching for him. Don't rent-to this guy!
