Well we have had issues in this park for awhile however its ran by Patty the owner won't even give ten seconds to anyone but they sent us a statement for rent and we paid that but that was in may and was for rent in june and we did not get a statement since and we have paid them there rent but the last statement we got was two months ago and on thw 17th of julybwe had a notice to quit or leave on such date so we go down and ask all they say was an err well the err we are paying three 75and dollar late fees on due to there system and they sendmoney and they statements every month for yard work if you don't do by so so time and date then you owe them more and they can't even have our rent statements maild like they are supost to but some how can seem to do yard exams and other stuff juat to make an extra few houndred dollars this place is ran by some worthless people whontry and use everyone and there doing a great job at it
