David Griffin and Mary Griffin appeared just like a truly good pair after I met them. I had been confused. Both of these have now been undoubtedly the worse tenants I've ever endured. Both of these joined in to a regular rent having a third-person.in the lease signing they mentioned they'd no-pets and so used to do not cost a pet deposit. 8 weeks into rent the lies and deceit started, numerous dogs and cats had seemed around the home. These were instantly referred to as strays although I really could begin to see the kitten and dog-food dishis out close to the front deck. They quit my house a catastrophe, pet feces everywhere. They left out atleast 7-8 truckloads of garbage, some packaged, some free kitten, all of the bags are leaking foul-smelling liquid onto the ground. They quit garbage all around the home. They never documented problems in my experience and alternatively attempted to cover them. They place their cigarettes on my garage ground and remaining butts all around the garden and yard. There are many openings within the surfaces, absent or damaged switch addresses, damaged or absent wardrobe doors. The home today has sugar bugs along with a serious travel issue and odors of pet urine and feces. Found thousands of dollars in problems. The newest carpet I'd mounted before they shifted in is stained, has burn slots, pet urine, and feces floor in to the rug. The brand new color is scratched-up and dirty. There's feces within the cover wardrobe layer the surfaces and moving doors. They broke the rental contract on MANY events, including shifting people in without my permission. They'll also have a reason for not paying lease so when you attempt to have them from the home They understand every technique and loophole to prevent making. They're an expert hustlers. I'd to evict them because of almost four weeks of outstanding lease. Upon checking the house, James Griffin and Mary Griffin performed the court program nicely. They've not compensated last four weeks of lease obligations. After I submitted the foreclosure procedure, the courtroom required 7 months to listen to the situation, 7 Free months of lease they didn't spend. I noticed some several reasons from James Griffin. Oh well, tough lesson learned. I really hope prospective landlords in Dayton. Kansas can easily see this article while they're buying new spot to lease.

DON'T RENT TO THESE FOLKS! They've no idea just how to look after a rental home - or do they care whatsoever. I will supply complete rental harm info, along side pictures of the home before they shifted in and pictures once they moved out.
