I had filed a compaint a month ago with the Ky Attorney General and today I received my official notice that Eagle Warranty is out of business and that the Attorney General in Pennsylvania is investigating and accepting complaints from consumers affected by this company that was based in their state. So I know now that the check that took them 7 months to mail me is going to bounce.
