Eagle Homes in Dekalb, Malta, and Cortland Illinois (main office in Antioch) is unfair, unreasonable, and uncaring once you sign contract.
We are unable to sell current home and Eagle Homes would not allow us out of contract before house was framed even though other customers wanted our house for early delivery.
Beware of being treated like an animal. The owner of eagle homes is aware that keeping my earnest money would devastate my family's life but his assistant tells me the owner doesn't care.
We have been told that once our contract expires then the house will be sold and he will keep our money.
