I found a house suposely for rent and I pay the deposit, and the rent and sing a contract with him. After the frist month i heard some gossips about nobody paying the mortage in that house about 14months already so i went to ask Bill if the house is on foreclosure or that at lease the payments are been made. But he told me that how cant i belive in gossips, that everything was paid and nothing to worry. After three months of paying rent i was evicted because the house was already sold to the bank, and then a found out that the realtor Bill Q. Knew all the time because all the mail was been forwared to hes address the whole time. I believed him because he has a bussiness and a license and know i'm on the street all because someone give a license to this guy.
