1053 Woodflower Way, Clermont was advertised for rent by KAD Services. My wife and I met with Anita BABOOLALL and she told us the rent was $700 per month with a $700 deposit plus a $350 pet deposit.
After I had completed the rent application with all my personal information she sent me the lease.
She changed the rent to $1,100 per month a $1,100 deposit and the pet deposit to $550 per month. I called her and asked why she changed the rent and deposit. She denied all of it and said that I had misunderstood her.
Don't trust her or her company.
BTW, I found out the house is in foreclosure and the owner claims to be negotiating with the bank.
