I recently purchased carpet for my new home from Cliff Crippen at Empire Carpet. Unlike other companies and sales reps I have previously dealt with, this experience was very easy. Everything went smoothly, and everyone was ALWAYS on time (from the sales rep to the installers...) (I had time issues with other companies) At no time did I feel pressure to buy carpet, and Mr. Crippen really took his time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definately refer Mr. Crippen and Empire Carpet to anyone.
