In late January I replaced carpet in a single room in my home through Empire Carpet. Setting up the appointments for in-home sales and installation only took 48 hours (72 because I couldn’t do the installation next day due to my own schedule). The sales representative, Michael Cook was extremely prompt, courteous, easy to work with and never “pushy”. This was extremely appreciated especially after my previous experience with a large chain “Home” improvement store. Thank you! I will be using Empire for all my other carpet needs.
