Wet a week later

I called Carpet Masters. Yes, he was rude but only when I was rude first.
Their machine is not truck mounted and powerful.
MY CARPET IS WET FIVE DAYS LATER!
Calling him back won't help. I just
won't call him again.
He and his helper did work diligently but really need better equipment.
