Clean dry usa made spots in our carpet that was not there to begin with. We had a coupon and was told the coupon was not needed. They brought their equipment into our home, did a sample and then said it would cost almost $400 to clean our carpet. We told them no way, they would not leave and brought the cost down. We did agree to the price expecting a clean carpet. What we got was wet carpet for days, discolored carpet (that was not that way before they came) and a shampoo smell that still lingers.
