I found out that my belongings had ben moved from the storage facility in Mt Pocono to Public Storage's Queen's Village Ny location. The name of the company renting the storage from Public Storage is Trump Van Lines (212-618-1321). Since Signature is no longer in business one of the principals rose from the ashes to create misery at Trump Van Lines.
I had to go to Public Storage to get my belongings.
The Public Storage facility is in a nice residential neighborhood and I was relieved to find that it appeared to be very well-managed and secure and clean. The mangagement of Public Storage is now aware that Trump Van Lines is in fact storing other peoples belongings at their facility, which is a violation of their agreement with Trump, and so are very kind in dealing with the affected victims.
The address for Public Storage is 22002 Jamaica Avenue, Queens Village, NY. They have a website on which you can locate their phone #. The management was very professional, concerned, and helpful.
