Empire Today is such a wonderful company. I made an appointment, and the next day Dean Chen showed up on time. He was polite, professional, and very knowlegable with all of the products Empire carried. He spent over two hours showing me and my wife many different products and styles. He worked with his manager to fit our whole house into our budget. Dean was a true consultant and not just a sales rep. Trying to make a quick sale. My family loves our new floors and we look forward to inviting friends and family over for dinner. Hats off to a wonderful sales rep. And company.
