I want to commend Empire Today for the wonderful customer service that I received from sales representative Tom Shaffer. I felt at ease with Tom the moment that he walked through the door. He was very professional, knowlegeable about the products that I was interested in, and consulted me wisely so that I could purchase the materials and services that I needed and still stay within my budget. Tom did not use any high-pressure sales tactics. He simply sold me a product that he believes in himself; and as a result, he ended his visit with a very happy customer. Thanks Tom and Empire Today.
