We want to let you know how pleased we are with the service we received from both Ronn Foit on April 1 and the installers on April 4. Ronn was very helpful and offered good suggestions, in addition to be very pleasant to work with. Although there was a problem on April 4 with the wrong laminate being sent out it was quickly corrected. The installers were wonderful and very hardworking and did a great job installing laminate and hardwood. They didn't stop until everything was done.
Our experience with Empire Today has been very positive and not only will tell others but we will certainly contact you when we replace five rooms of carpet next Spring.
