Chase took a double payment in about of 4000.00 i called to ask why this was done and they said sorry for the inconveence and the money should be there within 72 hrs. But there was no fund transfered so I have to call them again today and they said well it takes 15 days to reverse this. So i had to talk to a supervisor who asked me to fax my bank statment and i said well okay faxed it got confirmation # that it went right. So I have waited for the supervisor to call and she did not so I have to call again and again and again their respose is the supervisor is busy they will call you give my cell okay no call. There was overdraft fees and other payment penalties and two kids but they just don't care oh we appolgize for this and that so finally i get to talk to supervisor after telling them i'm writing on consumer affair and will have even to sue for the money then bingo a supervosor who seems to be cooperative and told me to reverse the double payment within 48 hr:) my advice stay away from Chase.
