I made my September payment at a Chase branch and it was never credited to my account. I have repeatedly faxed the proof and called but Chase continues to report me late to the credit bureaus and fails to credit the September payment.
The representatives at the branch have called and told the mortgage department that the proof is there but to no avail.
Every time I call I need to start at the beginning because it is impossible to speak to the same person twice.
Everyone assures me they have what they need and they will send it to the research department (which has no phone itself). Every month I get another late payment notice and penalty added to my account and it gets reported to the credit agencies. They won't give me a supervisor to talk to and I'm getting nowhere although I call and go to the branch every single day.
