Due to hard times, I tried with U.S. Bank to get a deferred payment or to make a payment arrangement. Every time I call, they say I have to make a payment by the end of this month. I talked to someone last week & they okd the payment arrangement for me to pay a double payment on May 6th. Now they call me & said they can't do that & I have to make at least one payment on the 29th of April or my car will be repossessed. I owe March & April but could make the double payment on May 6th & then would be back on track. I even talked to a supervisor & they still wouldn't budge on it. I realize that it's a bank & they need to have payments but one cs rep told me one thing & then they call & tell me something else. I hate banks! They pretty much can do whatever they want.
