We had Action Auger out to fix a faucet in our kitchen. We were "guided" into buying a new faucet instead of taking the time to see if our old faucet was fixable. This sounded fairly reasonable at first but since they don't charge hourly rates but "by the job", would it have mattered if he took the time to look the old faucet over? We ended up with a whopping bill of $ 791.00 to replace a kitchen faucet! We feel we were totally ripped off! We did not even get a higher end product. This was a chrome colored plastic faucet. I was never told the price of installation of putting in a faucet that we could of purchased ourselves. That would of ended up being a much better deal. Auction Auger must of charged way over double for the faucet. Very disappointing!!!
