A representative for ALLIANCE SERVICES by the name of "REY DICOK" came to my home to repair a leaky MOEN kitchen faucet. I would like to know if he is a LICENSED Plumber. After spending some time trying he was unable to repair the faucet. I supplied him with a new piece sent to me by MOEN to repair the leak. After he installed the new piece, I had no hot water and the faucet was not working properly—with the COLD on the LEFT side! He insisted to get paid so I paid him!
I subsequently had to buy a new faucet. MOEN sold me one and I had a LICENSED PLUMBER install the new faucet. I would like my $125.00 returned to me!!
