I bought a stainless steel sink over three months ago. When i got the sink it was not the correct one and was also badly damaged. There was a huge scratch and the entire top of the sink was badly bent and completely out of shape. I tried to get a replacement but surplus decor would not rush the package and said i would receive it within two weeks. I returned the product by mail and was told i would receive a full refund. I have now called almost fifteen times and have gotten the same response every time "yes we owe you a full refund but I dont understand why it has not been credited. It will be credited by friday. I have tried and tried to talk to someone else and i am assured that Karisa is the highest supervisor at surplus decor and she keeps giving me the same run around. And now when i try and reach Karisa I am always told that she "just left" or is not available and i never get a call back. I have never had to deal with such rude customer service. Every one that i have talked to gives me major attitude and treats me like garbage. I dont understand how they are still in business.
