Trying to cancel orde

I ordered a kitchen sink, large and stainless on May 28 I tried to cancel order on May 29 and on May 30. Spoke to humans who sounded as if they were going to help me. As of today, no news and no sink. What to do? M. SachsOrdered via computer.
