I used fidelity flat fee to list my property on MLS. I bought the $249/year package.

To start with, once you make your account with them, there is no way you can communicate to them beside emails which they may or may not reply.

My login account website is the worst website I have ever seen. It crashes so many times. It shows error even on selecting pictures for your brochures.

They promise the following:

1. Live Help desk: Well there is not live help desk.in fact on my log in, the customer care number they have mention is incorrect. Some how i got hold of the customer care number but on selecting the right option it ask me to go back on website and there is not live support of any kind.infect, there is not way to communicate beside writing email which may or may not be replied.
2. Listing on MLS: They listed all the information incorrectly. I have emailed them for that but have not received any reply yet.

3. Edit any aspect of your listing any time: Well, most of the things are blocked and the only way to edit them is by sending them email which most of the time is ignored.
4. Printing Brochures: Since they have wrong information which I could not get them to change yet despite of my numerous efforts, I can not print correct brochures, thus it is useless.
5. Having online help center/log in account is useless.

The best way is to get hold of a Realtor agent and most of them will list your property for just $150.
This is a scam and stay away from them!!!
