I currently have multiple listing with Fidelity Flat Fee. For 4 weeks I have sent emails and replies through their web site to reduce the price of my homes for sale and make other changes to the listing in the MLS. No one has answered for 4 weeks. Friday (1/28) I get a global message from co-owner Tom Harmon telling me that their access to various MLS is suspended because of negative year end MLS audits.

If you have a listing with FFF and have experienced problems, lost time, etc. Please send me an email so we can include you in our Class Action lawsuit.
