Back on July 25 I ordered Steam Buddy online and paid by debit card. About 7 days later I received it but it was no good! Not working! Would not get hot to emit steam. I called them to lodge my complaint and they gave me instructions to send it back of which I promptly did with the promise that it would be replaced. Since July I have not heard from them neither received my replacement. And when I called back in August they had changed the phone contact number and gave a bogus number of which today December 3 still can't get a response. Please send me a contact number if you have one or how I may get a refund back into my debit card account. Be sure to tell the world steam buddy is a fraud!
