We obtained incomplete cost in March 09 but which was it. We've not gotten cost for Nov, Dec, or Jan plus our $2000 deposit which was due by 15 Dec. We constantly named Ms Scott however they never delivered our calls. We delivered emails that they replied to using the same tune and party "We're focusing on obtaining cost for you." In December 09 they informed us they'd started the foreclosure procedure for the tenants plus they were to maneuver out immediately. On 5 Jan 10 we approached our neigbors to determine when they had transferred out, that they informed us they'dnot. On 8 Jan 10 we approached the neighborhood Sherrifs office to operate a vehicle purchase the home to possess them contact us. We simply talked using the tenant plus they informed us they'd an arrangement with Ms Scott to not begin paying lease until February which contradicted the things they had told us.
