Patrick Nosak Resorts timeshare resale FRAUD

On September 22, I entered into an agreement to sell my time share property within 3 to 6 months. I was told that Showcase Resorts was putting together a group of timeshare weeks for a corporate client. I was told the corporation was motivated to close the deal before the end of the year to get the tax deduction. I put up $2000 as a deposit, we agreed on a selling price and was informed that the $2000 would be repaid when the property was sold. During November and December I made many phone calls to be assured that the corporation was moving forward on the purchase.in December I was informed that the corporation obtained a tax filing extension until March 31, but all would be finalized before that date.in February and March numerous calls were made and in March I was informed that another tax extension was granted.in May I was informed that the corporation was not going through with the purchase but that Showcase Resorts had a binding contract with the corporation and would be seeking damages. Patrick Nosak suggested we lower the price and market my timeshare in his showroom. Which I agreed.in July, I requested them to stop marketing my timeshare and to return my deposit since they had not been able to sell it. Patrick told me that I had to send a registered letter prior to the 6 month date which I did not do. There would be no refund of my good faith money. This is a fraud and a scam!
