Because of Magellan Development, I actually enjoyed the process of buying my first condo.
I had the pre-conceived notion from all of my friends that it was going to be a terrible, drawn-out process.
I made them look stupid when I explained how simple my experience was! I have Magellan Development to thank! (maybe my friends will go to THEM next time haha)
