I have been dealing with Drive Financial for the last 3 years. It has been nothing but a huge nightmare and I'm ready for it to end, NOW!
I only gave Drive my home and cell phone number to contact me. I understand I was late 3 times, however I paid everything and I am current on my bill. They have looked up several of my family members home phone numbers and keep contacting them. I have requested over 100 times for them to STOP calling those numbers and they still call.
This has made it hard for me and my family because they think I am being iresponsible and in fact I am be very responsible. I have had high blood pressure from this and I am only 30.
I have emailed them over and over and no one gets back to me, I have left messages and no one calls me back. However, they can call me and harras me about payments. The funny thing about this is I'm not even late and they call to ask me when I'm going to pay. Um, hello I will pay when it is do, until then you should not be calling me.
This is a horrible company and a horrible situation to be in with them. They customer service reps are rude and uneducated.
Please contact me if you are going forward with the lawsuit.
