Appliance Center - Samsung Washer and Drye

My wife and I went to the Lowe's at 1111 Eastchase Pkwy on January 29 to look at washer and dryers. We were met in the appliance center by Rickey Rodger who was very polite and courteous. Mr. Rogers showed us several different makes and models and explained the difference in the quality and efficiency of the different machines. We decided to purchase a Samsung washer and dryer. The washing machine was out of stock at this location and Mr. Rodgers told us he could order the machine and that it would take approximately 7 days to get it back in stock. We explained to Mr. Rodgers that we were buying the machines for our daughter whose washer had gone out and that she has two small children and need a washer and dryer sooner than 7 days. Mr. Rodgers called two other Lowe's stores and found both machines at the Hurst, TX store and arranged for us to make the purchase over the phone with the Hurst store. The washer and dryer were delivered and installed yesterday. Mr. Rodgers is to be commended for the excellent service he provided us. He went above and beyond what we expected to help us. Mr. Rodgers is an asset to Lowe's and should be recognized for his friendly and helpful manner.
