Poor Extended Warranty - Samsung washer n drye

I purchased a stackable Samsung washer and dryer. I purchased the item in July but did not receive the item until a month and a half later. The extended warranty started at time of purchase instead of time of receiving (Problem #1) The dryer has never dried completely since time of purchase. The heating element burned out before one year of use. The ppl that came to repair the dryer *Emergency Appliance Repair* make you wait all day 8am-5pm to tell me when they arrive that they are not responsible to unstack the unit and that is responsibility of the owner (Problem #2) then they tell me since it is a stackable unit it requires 2 guys to fix it (Problem #3) then I have to reschedule another day (Problem #4) since I have to waste another day-I am a professional and this costs me $ (Problem #5) when the second repairman came-he disputed that there wasnt anything wrong with the washer when it spins and makes a clank, clank, clank sound when it never made in the beginning i might add (Problem #6)
At this point, I am about ready to scream~so my complaint is #1 do not buy stackable appliances esp. Samsung from Lowe's and I do not recommend the extended warranty service at all. Lowes PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and find recommended service ppl for your appliances. I am going to sell my appliances and get a Kenmore with the Great OUTDOORS. THey have WONDERFUL SERVICE and meet my needs with excellent SERVICE and sell GOOD PRODUCTS
