I placed on order for Vermont Castings Grill parts (GP7505). The website implied that everything was in stock. After waiting a week with no indication of shipment, I called and found out that order was delayed because of the repair kit. I was given a shipment date of 12/10. There should have been a follow-up email within a couple of days telling me my order was delayed.
To make matters worse it took 20 days after the order was placed to tell me the burner repair kit was no longer available, but a substitute kit costing $163 dollars more than the original $40 was available. This new kit is the same as the old kit, but now includes two burners that I don't need.
When I called today I got no offer of assistance. It was take it or leave it. I cancelled the entire order!!!
