This is what I sent to this company:
Very very dissapointed! Order #175797. I made an order on 3/14, waited three days to get a tracking number for UPS ground. I intitially recieved a order comfirmation via email, but had not heard anything for three days. I called & was told that there were parts that had been delayed. I was told that my order would be shipped out on 3/18. This did not happened, & I was very unhappy that I was not notified about the delay. Today 3/22, I called in & was told that my parts had just got in & that I should be expecting my order on 3/28. If this was the case, I would have ordered from a competitor that could have gotten my parts to me a week ago. I cancelled my order at this time.
The woman I talked to was rude, I asked for a credit card transaction reimbursement, & was told that there was not one made. Now I have to contact my credit card company to confirm no transaction was made. I will definitely inform everyone I know to not do business with ETrailer. I will also call & file a complaint with my local Better Business Bureau & yours. I will also post on other trailer sales websites & internet consumer watchdog sites to not do business with you. The customer service you have needs much improvement, & also needs to work on it's follow-up skills with customer's. All you had to do is call or email me on the status of my order, instead of assuming I would wait by the door for my order three weeks later.
