I went to the paint department at the Home Depot on Woodhaven Blvd in Queens, New York, needing some advice on the use of exterior paint. The employee named "Prem" was not only helpful but also smiling and cheerful, even though he was very busy. I got what I needed, and it was a pleasure shopping there.
Most of the time people are not friendly or helpful because they cannot understand your question or are just not knowledgeable about a product.
I believe he is an excellent asset to Home Depot. For once, I left there a happy shopper.
