Does not return phone calls or keep appointments. I believe he listed a property and which he either bought himself or tipped a friend off about (so unethical). I feel he should be reported to some type of realty board which I am looking into. Bottom line, he is slick, uncaring and dishonest... Not qualities you want in a real estate agent.
