E. Dennis White, Jr, located in Huntington, WV, does not pay his notaries for real estate loan closings. I have called all of the title companies for the accounts that are outstanding. EVERY title company has paid Mr. White within two to four weeks of the loan closings. Mr. White has not paid me for my work for three months now. If you are located in West Virginia and are a mobile notary... Do not accept any work from his office... You will only be working for free. I have bent over backwards to get his clients loans closed only to be slapped in the face with excess miles on my car, wasted gasoline (that is at $3.00 per gallon), wasted time, tonor, and toll calls.
