I ordered a new $70,000 5th wheel trailer from Dennis Dillon. After further review of my contract I noticed that they had charged me two time for the dealer prep charges in the amount of $795.00. I notified Dennis Dillon of this it took them two and a half weks to get me a check. Always had the excuse that no check signer was there. After this we had Dennis Dillon install a PullRite 5th wheel hitch in my pickup. After the trailer arrived I had Dennis Dillon hook up our trailer and we took off. On our first trip out the trailer locked up on the hitch and bent the PullRite 5th wheel hitch. I had to spend over $5,000.00 to get the trailer going again. I found out that Dennis Dillon did not lubricate the glide tubes as instructed in the installation manuual. I also noticed that Dennis Dillon charged us for two items that were not installed in our unit. I am unable to get anyone from Dennis Dillon to return any phone calls. I have filed a report with the BBB but have not heard from Dennis Dillon.
What a bunch of used car sales men this Dennis Dillon group has turned out to be.
Run do not walk away from any Dennis Dillon operation.
