This company took over my home mortgage 3 months. So far they have not applied one of my payments, called saying I was delinquent on the payment I sent, called asking why my house was vacant and have not responded to any (about 6) emails. I finally wrote a letter to Keith Anderson, President, included my July payment, copies of the unanswered emails and told him that I would make not further payments until the issues were resolved. Green Tree got my mortgage without my permission. Is there any way to get them to sell it to another mortgage company without costing me anything?
