Mortgage payment collector - transferred from Bank of America - Mortgage payment

B/A just transferred my mortgage 4/1/2013 to Green Tree. Green Tree told me that IF I want to pay online (as I had been with B/A) I had to pay a $12 extra fee every month UNLESS I set up an automatic payment. So I tried to set up an automatic payment and the Green Tree website wouldn't allow me too so I ended up making my payment plus the $12.00 which to me is underhanded, illegal, and cheating it's new customers.
