I purchased a pool vacuum from poolsupplies.com. Upon putting it in my pool, it would not leave the deep end. I called the manufacturer (Zodiac) for ideas and none of them worked. Upon asking for an RMA, I was told they would not take the vacuum back since it had been in the water. How are you going to know how it works unless you use it (in this case two hours)? So understand their policy is not built around customer satisfaction. It is not like a retailer you are used to.
