I had this company quote me new carpet for two rooms. I thought it was reasonable so I agreed. A few days before installation I had an unexpected death in the family out of state. I tried to cancel but they insisted on a re schedule. I still was not home and dealing with quite a lot so I canceled again. Now they won't refund my 200 deposit. 200 dollars seems a bit excessive to me.
