My microwave went out I call my home warranty to file a claim, they sent out a tech. To service the unit. He looked at the screen and said your keyboard went out that will be $60 & I will send this in to colonial. Colonial in turn calls me & says we don't service counter top microwaves. Now for the $1500 I spent on the plan the $60 for the service call to tell me what I already told them & for the rude call center reps. Who never asked if my microwave was built-in or counter top. How is Colonial a helpful service. This is a total RIP OFF!!! Buyer beware!!!
