My check information was entered incorrectly and therefore rejected by your check support system. The action implied that my bank account was insuffient to cover the check which was not true. After I called my bank to verify no problem on my account, I called the manager and he was less than customer friendly. Big Lots needs to change their policy and give their checkers more training. The manager should have taken my merchandise to another register and entered my transaction himself. This is very poor customer service..
