I got married in August last year and went to Rentmaster to see if I could find our first apartment. I was looking for a 6 month lease and the Jen helped me find a place that we loved. She sat down with us and went over all the documents with us. Throughout our stay we had to call the maintenance department only once and they responded to us within 24 hours. When it was time to put in our 30 day notice to move, I was told if I leave our apartment SPOTLESS I would get my deposit back. They gave me a move-out checklist of everything I needed to do to get my deposit back. GUESS WHAT! I got it all back except the carpet cleaning which I knew upfront would be coming out. No problems at all! Rentmaster recently is under new management and the girls in that office are so much fun! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent. If I ever move back to Rexburg, I will totally go there first. Thanks again!!
